This Microsoft Purview – Information Protection & Data Loss Prevention training course teaches you to implement advanced strategies to protect sensitive data within a Microsoft 365 environment. You will learn to create and manage sensitive information types, configure sensitivity labels and define auto-labelling policies to classify data automatically. The course also covers setting up DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies to prevent data leaks and ensure compliance. Through hands-on labs, you will be able to effectively secure your critical information and strengthen data governance with Microsoft Purview. Also discover our MS-220 Troubleshooting Exchange Online Training Course, our Mastering Threat Analysis and Response in Microsoft 365 and Azure, our Microsoft 365 Security Training Course, our Microsoft 365 and Cloud Support Training Course Level 1 and 2, our Microsoft 365 Training Course and our Microsoft 365 Advanced Support Training Course.
This course includes numerous exercises (60% hands-on practice) for better learning. Sessions are guaranteed from a single registrant (except in cases of force majeure). A preliminary interview takes place between the participant and/or a company representative in order to fully take into account the participant’s profile (level, needs, professional context, challenges, etc.).

By the end of the course, the participant will be able to:
A good understanding of the Microsoft 365 environment – particularly the tenant, users and licences – is recommended. Prior experience in IT administration or security (for example with Active Directory or identity management) will make the concepts easier to assimilate. Familiarity with Azure AD and core cloud security concepts is a valuable asset, although not essential.
Because every participant has a specific background and expectations, a preliminary interview with our expert helps identify objectives, level and professional challenges, so we can tailor the content for relevant, personalised learning.
