IT training for social inclusion

MFE-IT : IT Training Course with a Social Conscience, Promoting Skills and People

At MFE-IT, we believe that knowledge can have meaning beyond performance. That’s why every training course we deliver contributes to a tangible impact, here and now.

By choosing MFE-IT, you are investing in your skills while supporting essential causes.

Why this commitment ?

MFE-IT was born from a conviction : knowledge and technical expertise can have an impact that goes beyond professional performance alone.

When creating MFE-IT, we wanted to integrate a solidarity dimension into every training course from day one. Not as a marketing add-on, but as a founding pillar of the organisation.

The idea is simple : every company that invests in upskilling its teams automatically contributes to essential causes. At no extra cost, with no additional steps. It is built into our model.

How Does It Work ?

1

You choose a training course

From our 11 technical domains, on-site or remotely.

2

MFE-IT donates 30 € per participant

For every person enrolled in a session, 30 € is donated to our partner charities.

3

The impact is tangible and traceable

Donations are distributed among our partner charities. We publish the annual report.

No extra cost for you. The donation is funded by MFE-IT from its own margin, not passed on to the training price.

The Causes We Support

Thanks to every client who places their trust in us, we support recognised charities for their tangible action in the field.

Animal Protection and Welfare

SPA (Société Protectrice des Animaux) — France’s leading animal protection association, it rescues, cares for, and offers for adoption over 50,000 animals per year.

Help for the Most Disadvantaged

Les Restos du Cœur — Founded by Coluche in 1985, they distribute over 130 million meals each year and support people in difficulty towards social inclusion.

Bringing Smiles to Hospitalised Children

Ludopital is a recognised public interest association that has been working to improve the daily lives of hospitalised children since 1987. Its mission is to make their stay more pleasant. Today, over a hundred volunteers are mobilised, and more than two million toys have been distributed.

Rights of People with Disabilities

APF France handicap brings together people with disabilities, their families, and loved ones to take action every day.

Our Impact Goals

Here are our solidarity goals for the first three years:

Year 1

~1,080 € — ~36 participants

Equivalent to ~360 meals distributed or support via APF France handicap

Year 2

~1,380 € — ~46 participants

Equivalent to ~460 meals distributed or support via APF France handicap

Year 3

~1,920 € — ~64 participants

Equivalent to ~640 meals distributed or ~15 animals cared for at the SPA

Cumulative goal over 3 years : approximately 4,380 € donated to our charity partners, equivalent to over 1,400 meals distributed, dozens of animals cared for, and hundreds of hospitalised children who can smile again.

These figures are based on our activity forecasts. We will publish a transparent annual report of our donations.

MFE-IT is a human-scale organisation. Our goals are deliberately realistic, because we prefer commitments kept to empty promises. Every training course counts.

An Asset for Your CSR Strategy

By choosing MFE-IT as your training partner, your company can highlight this commitment in its CSR reports and non-financial statements. We provide on request a solidarity contribution certificate, indicating the amount donated in respect of your training courses.

For companies subject to the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) or engaged in a voluntary CSR approach, this is a tangible and differentiating argument.

A Word from the Founder

I created MFE-IT with the conviction that technical training can be a vehicle for solidarity. Every session we deliver contributes to a tangible impact. This is not a slogan : it has been part of our business model from day one.

Train Yourself, Get Involved

Every MFE-IT training course is an investment in your skills and in solidarity.

Let’s talk about your next project.
