Our Story
MFE-IT is a training organisation specialising in digital technologies, based in Lille, France. We made a radical choice: guaranteed sessions from just 1 participant, groups limited to a maximum of 3 participants, and a programme co-designed with each client.
No rigid catalogue, no sessions cancelled due to low enrolment, no groups of 12 where nobody dares ask a question. At MFE-IT, every training course is a unique experience, tailored to your real challenges.

What makes us different
Guaranteed sessions, zero cancellations
You register a team member, the session takes place. Full stop. Even if they are the only participant (except in cases of force majeure). This is our founding commitment, and no major training provider on the market offers this systematically. No more repeated postponements and delayed training plans.
Co-designed training courses, not a rigid catalogue
Each training course begins with an in-depth interview with your team: skill level, operational objectives, technical context, tools used. The programme is then specifically tailored to your situation. You do not receive a generic training course: you receive your training course.
1 TO 3 PARTICIPANTS: THE ANTI-LECTURE HALL
Our groups are deliberately limited to a maximum of 3 people. The trainer knows each participant, adapts their pace in real time, and dedicates approximately 60% of the time to hands-on practice using real cases from your professional environment
Technical expertise, not generalist outsourcing
Our trainers are specialised consultants and practitioners, not generalist facilitators. They work daily with the technologies they teach: Azure, Intune, Kubernetes, Power Platform, generative AI, cybersecurity… This hands-on proximity guarantees immediately applicable training.
30 days of post-training support
The training does not stop at the last slide. For 30 days, each participant can ask questions by email, access materials and exercises. Because it is through practice that knowledge is consolidated.
The founder
An experienced IT professional, I have supported numerous companies in digital transformation training projects — from cloud infrastructure to cybersecurity, including the deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions and the implementation of DevOps pipelines.
Convinced that IT training deserves better than standardised sessions with 12 participants, I created MFE-IT to offer an alternative: expert training courses, calibrated to the real needs of each team, with a commitment to quality and solidarity.

- Continuous assessments (MCQs, role-plays, hands-on exercises corrected in real time)
- A completion certificate and a skills validation certificate issued to each participant

Our training courses are aimed at companies that directly fund the upskilling of their teams. At MFE-IT, every training course has a double impact. For each participant, we donate 30 € to charitable organisations working in the field: animal protection, helping the most disadvantaged, supporting hospitalised children, and defending the rights of people with disabilities.
