Our training courses are 100% customisable : content, pace, examples and tools are tailored to your professional context and objectives. A preliminary interview allows us to understand your level, needs and challenges in order to adjust the programme and practical workshops.
Our sessions are guaranteed from 1 registrant. Rare cases of force majeure (sudden unavailability of the trainer, major breakdown) give rise to an immediate solution : priority postponement, transition to videoconferencing or conversion to individual training, depending on your preference.
All you need is a computer (PC/Mac), a stable internet connection, an up-to-date browser and a microphone/headset. We will send you the Microsoft Teams or Zoom access details and, if necessary, an installation guide in advance.
Whether in person or remotely, our sessions are limited to three participants per trainer to ensure personalised support and a high level of interactivity.
We adapt to your schedule. Generally, a training course can be organised within 1 to 2 weeks after your registration is confirmed — sometimes sooner if the calendar allows. Thanks to our small group sessions (1 to 3 participants) and our agile approach, we are able to offer you a slot quickly. For urgent requests, do not hesitate to contact us directly: we always do our best to find a solution as quickly as possible.
You will receive a secure link to join the virtual room (Teams or Zoom). The session alternates between targeted explanations, live demonstrations and practical workshops. The trainer is available to answer questions at any time and will adjust the pace if necessary.
Assessment is ongoing : multiple-choice questions and role-playing exercises, practical exercises corrected in real time, and personalised feedback at the end of the session.
Each participant receives a certificate of completion and a certificate of validation of acquired skills specifying the skills developed.
Yes : 30 days of questions by email, access to materials and exercises.
The price includes programme preparation and adaptation, facilitation by an expert trainer, teaching materials, a certificate of achievement, and our commitment to solidarity : For every participant in a MFE-IT training course, €30 is donated to solidarity causes. We do not directly handle CPF or OPCO applications, and our organisation is not Qualiopi certified. However, we provide all the necessary documents (detailed programme, quote, certificate) to facilitate your procedures with your funding body.
We offer flexible solutions : postponement to another date, conversion to individual distance learning, or catch-up sessions (and, where possible, recording). The aim is to ensure that your progress is not affected.
Yes, we travel throughout France to deliver training directly at your premises on certain topics. Logistical conditions (room, network, equipment) are agreed together in advance to ensure the quality of the workshops. And of course, remote training via video conference is always an option.
