Description of the training: Claude Training Course: From Beginner to Expert
The Claude Training Course: From Beginner to Expert takes you, in one intensive half-day, from first discovery to professional, self-sufficient use of Anthropic’s AI assistant. No technical skills are required. You will learn to choose the right model, structure your instructions, produce office deliverables (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF) directly from Claude, capitalise on team skills (skills, plugins) and connect Claude to your tools (Microsoft 365, GitHub) through the MCP standard. An overview of Claude Code, the API and AI agents opens the way to advanced uses. The goal: leave with concrete reflexes and immediate time savings.

Good to know
This training puts a strong emphasis on practice (around 60% exercises) for lasting learning. Sessions are guaranteed from a single registrant (except in cases of force majeure) and run in a small group of 1 to 3 participants, remotely.
A preliminary interview takes place between the participant and/or a company representative in order to properly take into account the participant’s profile (level, needs, professional context, challenges, etc.).
Assessment: during the training, the trainer evaluates the participants’ learning progress through quizzes, role-playing scenarios and practical exercises. Participants receive a certificate of acquired skills at the end of the training.

Because every participant is unique, no technical knowledge or prior experience of generative AI is required. You simply need to be comfortable with office tools and web browsing. An interest in improving your daily productivity is a plus.

Choosing the right Claude model
- Model families (Haiku, Sonnet, Opus) and the speed / depth / cost trade-offs.
- Tokens, context window, reasoning mode and the limits to keep in mind.
- Workshop: compare two models on the same business question.
Advanced prompt engineering
- A structured writing method: role, context, task, format, constraints and examples.
- Reusable templates and shortcuts, common pitfalls and best practices.
- Workshop: turn vague instructions into professional templates.
Producing professional deliverables
- Generate Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF documents without leaving Claude.
- A three-step workflow with artifacts and sub-agents; parallelising tasks.
- Workshop: produce a Word summary from your own documents.
Skills, plugins and team capitalisation
- Create SKILL.md files to capture your team’s know-how.
- Make the most of the Repository: skills, connectors and plugins (Anthropic and partners).
- Workshop: build a team skill and install a business plugin.
Connecting Claude to your working environment
- The MCP standard for linking Claude to your tools.
- Microsoft 365 connector (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), GitHub and security best practices.
- Workshop: connect M365 and produce a note from emails and updates.
Claude Code, API and AI agents
- Automated control and scripting: capabilities and demonstration.
- The intention → code → tests → validation cycle; an overview of the API and the Agent SDK.
- Workshop: guided exercises for technical profiles.
