Who is the AI-3025 training for?

This training is aimed at all Microsoft 365 users who want to discover Microsoft Copilot and integrate it into their daily work to boost productivity: administrative staff, managers, HR, marketing and sales teams and any non-technical profile looking to leverage Microsoft’s generative AI.

Do you need technical skills to take this training?

No. Only basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) is required. No development or advanced technical skills are needed. The training is designed for an end-user audience.

What’s the difference with the MS-4005 training on Copilot prompts?

AI-3025 is an introductory training covering both discovering Copilot and prompting best practices. MS-4005 is more specialised and focuses solely on the art of writing effective prompts for Microsoft Copilot across all M365 apps.

How long is the training?

The training lasts 1 day, i.e. 6 hours, remotely with recorded sessions or on-site at your premises.
