Description of the training: Microsoft Intune for IT Support Teams Training Course
About the Microsoft Intune for IT Support Teams Training Course
Microsoft Intune – Support & Troubleshooting is an intensive 1-day training course aimed at support/helpdesk technicians, junior systems administrators and anyone responsible for workstation support. It gives IT support and operations teams the practical skills to manage and troubleshoot endpoints through Microsoft Intune.
The programme is organised into 5 modules that follow a logical progression: first discovering the Intune ecosystem and the role of Microsoft Entra ID (identities, MDM, MAM, join types), then enrolling Windows devices (corporate and BYOD, automatic enrolment, restrictions). Next comes configuring policies and profiles (compliance, password, BitLocker, Wi-Fi/VPN, group-based assignment), followed by verifying they are correctly applied (Success/Pending/Error statuses, synchronisation, device-side diagnostics). The course concludes with a module dedicated to structured troubleshooting: methodology and resolution of the most common incidents.
