This path is intended for non-IT business users who want to fully leverage Microsoft Copilot in their daily work: sales, marketing, HR, finance, purchasing, management, executive assistants, project managers and more broadly anyone who works day to day in Microsoft 365.
You don’t need to be a technician: we start from the fundamentals and then build concrete use cases tailored to your role. By the end, you also know how to create your own custom copilots via Copilot Studio, without a single line of code.

Module 3 — Writing, Analysis and Presentation (MS-4018)
1 day · 6h. Master Copilot in Word, Excel and PowerPoint to write, analyze and present more effectively. Validated by the Microsoft Learn Applied Skill MS-4018.
Module 4 — Working Smarter with AI (AI-3025)
1 day · 6h. Adopt new AI-boosted working methods and capitalize on Copilot day to day. Validated by the Microsoft Learn Applied Skill AI-3025.

Prerequisites
No IT technical prerequisites. This path is designed for business users, not for administrators or developers.
- Regular use of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) recommended
- Comfort with web navigation and the use of cloud applications
- Curiosity about generative AI and a desire to experiment with new ways of working
- Have a Microsoft 365 Copilot license activated (otherwise, we provide a demo environment for the duration of the path)

Sessions take place in groups of 1 to 3 participants to guarantee individual attention and a suitable pace. On-site training can take place directly at your premises, and remote training can be recorded on request so you can review key passages. Each day alternates theory, demonstrations and guided practice on your own use cases.

What is the difference with the Copilot for IT Departments — Deployment and Governance path?
This path focuses on daily business use : office productivity, enterprise use cases, writing and analysis with Copilot. It is intended for non-IT business users. The Copilot for IT Departments path targets a different audience (IT administrators, CISOs, CIOs) and covers the administration, security and governance of Copilot deployment across the organization — highly technical topics of no direct interest to a business user.
