FAQ
Who is the Excel Advanced Formulas & Calculations training course for?

It is aimed at users who already know the basics of Excel and want to master formulas in depth: logical, lookup, conditional, text, date and statistical functions, and array formulas. It is the ideal course for making calculations more reliable and faster.

What is the difference between VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP?

VLOOKUP searches for a value in the first column of a table and returns a value from a column to its right. XLOOKUP, more recent and more flexible, searches in any column, in both directions, and handles errors and approximate matches. The course covers both, as well as INDEX/MATCH.

What is an array formula?

An array formula performs several calculations on one or more ranges of values and can return one or several results. Combined with Excel’s dynamic array functions, it enables powerful calculations in a single formula. It is covered through hands-on practice in the course.

How long does the Excel Advanced Formulas & Calculations training course last?

The course lasts 2 days, i.e. 14 hours. Sessions are guaranteed from the first registration and take place in a small group of 1 to 3 participants. The programme can be customised and organised at your premises.

Is this course eligible for CPF or OPCO funding?
