Microsoft Teams has become the essential collaboration hub in Microsoft 365. Yet many users only tap into a fraction of its capabilities: poorly shared files, inefficient meetings, misused channels, lost information… This training course gives you the right reflexes to organise your teams, centralise your documents and improve your day-to-day communication with method and simplicity. Also discover our Microsoft 365 – OneDrive, Teams & SharePoint training course and our OneDrive & Teams training course.
This training course includes many exercises (60% hands-on practice) for better learning. Sessions are guaranteed from the first registration (except in cases of force majeure). A preliminary interview takes place between the participant and/or a company contact in order to properly take into account the participant’s profile (level, needs, professional context, goals…). Assessment: during the training course, the trainer assesses each participant’s progress through quizzes, role-plays and practical work. Participants receive a certificate of completion.
By the end of the training course, the participant will be able to:
Because every participant is unique, a personalised interview with our expert lets us design a training course perfectly aligned with their objectives, level and professional challenges.
This training course is funded directly by the company (no CPF, no OPCO). See our funding options.
Microsoft Teams is the Microsoft 365 collaboration app that brings chat, meetings, calls, file sharing and apps together in a single interface. It lets teams communicate in real time, co-author Office documents and structure work by teams and channels. MFE-IT trains your staff to use Teams effectively in the workplace.
Teams is natively integrated with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office, Entra ID), whereas Slack focuses on messaging and Zoom on video conferencing. Teams combines all three uses and benefits from Microsoft’s security and compliance policies. The MFE-IT training course compares the tools and shows how to make the most of the M365 ecosystem.
Best practice is to create one team per project or department, to separate topics using standard, private and shared channels, to limit the number of teams to avoid scattering, and to govern permissions. MFE-IT helps you set up a Teams structure aligned with SharePoint and your business needs.
The training course lasts 1 day, i.e. 6 hours, remotely or on-site, with a maximum of 3 participants per session and 30 days of post-training support included.
No. MFE-IT does not directly manage CPF or OPCO applications, and our organisation is not Qualiopi-certified. This training course is therefore aimed only at companies that fund it directly. This is a deliberate choice: we have prioritised teaching agility and investment in real quality over administrative compliance. In return, you get a fully tailor-made format: preliminary interview, content adapted to your business context, sessions guaranteed from the first registration (except in cases of force majeure), a maximum of 3 participants per session and 30 days of post-training support by email.
