This training includes numerous exercises (60% hands-on) for better learning. Sessions are guaranteed from the first enrollment (except in cases of force majeure). A preliminary interview takes place between the participant and/or a company representative in order to properly take into account the participant’s profile (level, needs, professional context, challenges…).
Assessment: during the training, the trainer assesses participants’ learning progress through quizzes, role-plays and hands-on exercises. Participants receive a certificate of completion at the end of the training.
