It is aimed at anyone or any team required to work day to day with Gmail, Drive, Docs and Meet: employees, freelancers, teams moving to the cloud. No technical prerequisites are needed, just everyday computer use.

Which Google Workspace tools are covered?

The course covers Gmail (advanced email management and labels), Drive (file organisation and sharing), Docs (collaborative writing), as well as Meet for video conferencing. The emphasis is on teamwork and real-time collaboration.

How long does the Google Workspace training course last?

The Google Workspace training course takes place over 2 days (12 hours) in a 100% bespoke format, for groups of 1 to 3 participants, online. The pace and practical cases are tailored to the participants’ level and real needs.

Is this Google Workspace training course eligible for CPF or OPCO funding?

No. MFE-IT does not directly handle CPF or OPCO applications and our organisation is not Qualiopi-certified. This training course is therefore aimed solely at companies that fund it directly.

This is a deliberate choice: we have prioritised teaching agility and investment in genuine quality over administrative compliance.

In return, you benefit from a fully bespoke format: preliminary interview, content tailored to your business context, sessions guaranteed from a single registration (except in cases of force majeure), a maximum of 3 participants per session and 30 days of post-training support by email.

Good to know

This course includes many exercises (60% practice) for better learning. Sessions are guaranteed from the first registration (except in cases of force majeure). A preliminary interview takes place between the participant and/or a company representative in order to take full account of the participant’s profile (level, needs, professional context, challenges…).
Assessment: during the course, the trainer assesses the participants’ learning progress through multiple-choice quizzes, role-plays and practical work. Participants receive a certificate of acquired skills at the end of the course.
