FAQ – AI for HR Training
Which AI is best for HR?
The most relevant AI tools for HR teams in 2026 include Microsoft Copilot for HR workflows in Microsoft 365, ChatGPT and Claude for drafting and analysis, dedicated platforms like HireVue, Eightfold, and Beamery for talent acquisition, and Workday or SAP SuccessFactors AI add-ons for analytics. The right choice depends on company size, existing HR stack, and GDPR / AI Act compliance posture. MFE-IT trains HR professionals on selecting AI tools matched to their concrete needs.
Can you use AI for HR?
Yes, and it’s already widespread: AI assists with job description writing, candidate screening, interview question generation, onboarding personalization, employee survey analysis, learning recommendations, and policy drafting. EU regulation (AI Act, GDPR) requires that high-risk uses such as automated CV ranking remain under human oversight. MFE-IT teaches participants how to deploy AI in HR responsibly, balancing productivity gains with legal and ethical safeguards.
What is the 30% rule in AI for HR?
The “30% rule” is a practical heuristic suggesting AI should handle around 30% of routine HR tasks (drafting, summarizing, data extraction), leaving 70% for human judgment on hiring decisions, performance reviews, and sensitive employee relations. It reflects a hybrid model where AI augments rather than replaces HR professionals. The MFE-IT AI for HR training covers concrete task-mapping frameworks to apply this principle inside your own organization.
What will AI do to HR jobs?
AI will reshape rather than eliminate HR roles: routine screening, scheduling, and report generation are increasingly automated, freeing HR professionals to focus on strategic work — talent development, culture, change management, and employee experience. New skills in prompt engineering, AI tool selection, and AI ethics are becoming core to the profession. Through MFE-IT’s hands-on training, learners master the AI skill set that future-proofs their HR career.
