Description

This training course on Automating Azure Load Tests with GitHub Actions teaches you how to integrate automated performance tests into modern CI/CD pipelines with GitHub. You will learn how to configure load testing scenarios with Azure Load Testing, trigger them automatically via GitHub Actions, analyse results, and detect performance regressions before they reach production.

Objectives of this GitHub Actions Training Course

By the end of this training course, each participant will be able to:

  • Understand the principles of load testing in a DevOps/Azure context.
  • Automate the execution of load scenarios using GitHub Actions.
  • Configure and use Azure Load Testing to simulate realistic traffic on your applications.
  • Analyse test results and set up performance regression thresholds.
  • Integrate load testing into a complete CI/CD pipeline for continuous performance validation.

Prerequisites for this GitHub Actions Training Course

Practical experience with Azure App Services, APIs or other Azure cloud services. Proficiency in GitHub workflows (GitHub Actions) and CI/CD integration. Knowledge of scripting languages (YAML for pipelines, JMeter or k6 for scenarios is a plus).
