Description of the training: SharePoint Online Advanced Design Training – architecture, security and Teams integration
The SharePoint Online designer designs, structures and customises SharePoint communication and team sites for business needs: hubs, modern pages, lists, libraries, Power Automate workflows, Teams integration and content governance.
What is the difference between a SharePoint communication site and a team site?A team site is linked to a Microsoft 365 group for internal collaboration (documents, lists, Teams integration). A communication site is geared towards one-way broadcasting at scale (intranet, portals, news). MFE-IT explains when to choose one or the other.
How do you structure a modern SharePoint Online intranet?Through hub sites (grouping several associated sites), centralised governance (managed metadata, taxonomy, retention policies), consistent design (themes, reusable Web Parts), Viva Connections integration and RBAC security. MFE-IT provides a reference architecture in the workshop.
How long does it take to master SharePoint Online Advanced Design?Our SharePoint Online Advanced Design training runs over 2 days (12 hours) in a fully bespoke format. It targets profiles already comfortable with SharePoint who want to reach the next architectural level.
Is this SharePoint Online training eligible for CPF or OPCO funding?No. MFE-IT does not directly handle CPF or OPCO applications and our organisation is not Qualiopi-certified. This training course is therefore aimed solely at companies that fund it directly.

This training course includes numerous exercises (60% hands-on practice) for better learning. The sessions are guaranteed from a single registration (except in cases of force majeure). A preliminary interview takes place between the participant and/or a company representative in order to fully take into account the participant’s profile (level, needs, professional context, challenges…).
Assessment: during the training, the trainer assesses participants’ learning progress through multiple-choice quizzes, role-play scenarios and practical exercises. Participants receive a certificate of achievement at the end of the course.
