This training course includes numerous exercises (60% practical) to enhance learning. Even if you are the only one registered, the session will still take place (except in cases of force majeure). A preliminary interview is held between the participant and/or a company representative in order to fully assess the participant’s profile (level, needs, professional context, challenges, etc.).
Assessment : during the training course, the trainer assesses the participants’ progress through multiple-choice questions, role-playing exercises and practical work. Participants receive a certificate of completion at the end of the training course.

FAQ – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing (MB-220) Training

MB-220 was Microsoft’s certification for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (formerly Dynamics 365 Marketing) Functional Consultant. It validated skills in customer journey design, segmentation, lead management, event marketing, and integration with Customer Insights – Data. Microsoft has retired MB-220 in favor of an updated Customer Insights certification path. MFE-IT trains marketing consultants on the modern Dynamics 365 Customer Insights stack.

Dynamics 365 Customer Insights is Microsoft’s marketing and customer data platform (CDP). It has two pillars: Customer Insights – Data (unified customer profiles, segmentation, predictions) and Customer Insights – Journeys (real-time and segment-based journey orchestration, content, analytics). It replaces the older Dynamics 365 Marketing brand. The MFE-IT MB-220 training covers both pillars with hands-on labs.

A customer journey in Customer Insights – Journeys is built visually: define the trigger (segment entry, real-time event, signup), then add steps — emails, SMS, push notifications, branches based on engagement, wait points, and Customer Voice surveys. Each step has detailed analytics. Through MFE-IT’s hands-on approach, learners build and test multi-step journeys during the training.

Microsoft has rebranded Dynamics 365 Marketing as part of Customer Insights – Journeys. Existing customers transitioned automatically. The new branding reflects a unified marketing + customer data platform.
