Description of the AI and HR Training Course

Artificial intelligence is profoundly transforming HR professions. From CV analysis to potential detection, assisted writing and predictive talent management, AI does not replace HR professionals, it enhances them.

This training course provides practical, accessible and ethical guidance on exploring the most relevant generative and predictive AI tools for HR, with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.

GOOD TO KNOW

This training course includes numerous exercises (60% practical) to enhance learning. Each session will take place even if only one person is registered (except in cases of force majeure). A preliminary interview is held between the participant and/or a company representative in order to fully assess the participant’s profile (level, needs, professional context, challenges, etc.).
Assessment : during the training course, the trainer assesses the participants’ progress through multiple-choice questions, role-playing exercises and practical work. Participants receive a certificate of completion at the end of the training course.

CV analysis tools, personalised advertisement generation, profile scoring, HR chatbots. Concrete case studies and limitations to consider (bias, transparency).

Using ChatGPT/Gemini to write HR messages, internal newsletters, employer branding materials, responses to candidates, etc.
