FAQ – OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint Training

These are the three collaboration pillars of Microsoft 365: OneDrive for personal storage, Teams for team communication and collaboration, and SharePoint for company portals and document libraries. Used together, they cover all sharing, co-editing, and document management needs. MFE-IT trains users to use them consistently.

The simple rule: OneDrive for personal files and drafts, Teams for team discussions and co-editing, SharePoint for reference documents and company sites. Each Teams channel is backed by a SharePoint site. The MFE-IT training shows how to structure your spaces to avoid content sprawl.

Sharing is done via access links (internal, external, specific people), with read/edit options, expiration, and password. Administrators define global policies in the M365 and SharePoint admin centers. MFE-IT trains you in good sharing and classification practices to stay GDPR compliant.

The training lasts 2 days, i.e. 12 hours, either remotely or on-site, with a maximum of 3 participants per session and 30 days of post-training support included.
